HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Retrovert is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction which is why we insure all shipments. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to health concerns regarding COVID-19, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted at this time. If you have any problems please contact our email  contact@retrovertshop.com


MY ITEM CAME DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received the wrong item or it came damaged, please email us contact@retrovertshop.com and a Customer Representative will assist with a solution. 

 

QUICKSTRIKE RELEASES

For all quickstrike launches there will be no refunds or exchanges. Quickstrike launches includes smiley sets and other countdown drops. 

 

HOW MANY STRAPS COMES WITH THE SLIDES?

Each slide comes with three straps ! Visit the product page and you can see which straps comes with each colorway.

WHY WAS MY CARD DECLINED?

Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV number of your card.
